By providing us with your personal information, you are giving us consent to process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR (EU) 2016/679). Any information you provide us with will be processed in strictest confidence.

General data protection regulations (G.D.P.R.) came into effect on May 25th 2018 and this page details the updated privacy policy. 

Personal information I will request during our first meeting:

·      Name and Surname
·  Relevant medical information and family history
·      Mobile number / Email address.

I will store your personal information in a locked cabinet.  At the end of our work together I will retain your name and address for five years. All other personal information will be deleted. 

Website: None of your personal information is stored on the website, other than to collect & send it to the e-mail account for the purposes of our initial contact.

This website uses Cookies. A Cookie is a small text file that stores on your computer when you are browsing a web-page to collect information regarding your preferences and tailors the website experience to you. Cookies do not collect any personal information. 

Notes: I might keep brief session notes on my notebook and if so, all information will be confidential. I do not share my notes with anyone and I keep them for five years, after our work together has ended. At the end of this period I will delete/dispose of them.

Artwork: I will keep your artwork in a folder in my therapy room. Your artwork belongs to you and you may prefer to take it home at the end of the therapy or session by session. If you do not wish to take your artwork home at the end of our work together, I will dispose of it securely.

Supervision: With your consent only, I may talk about some of our sessions with my supervisor, keeping your personal data confidential and using your first name or initials only.

Communications: Your e-mail address and correspondence will be stored in the email account, by nature of you contacting me. Your telephone number will be stored in my smartphone. In order to maintain confidentiality I recommend that after we have begun working together, electronic communications, such as e-mails & SMS are only used for the purposes of arranging appointments. At the end of our work together, I will delete any e-mails and texts we have exchanged. In the unlikely event that I feel you present a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, I may need to disclose this information. I will always endeavour to discuss this with you first before doing so.
