Why should I choose Online Therapy?
There is no hassle with traveling or keeping an appointment.
Your therapist is here for you whenever needed, Monday-Saturday. You pay less than you would with a face-to-face therapist.
You can get help from wherever you are in the world. All you need is a computer, tablet or mobile phone and a private/safe space.
Everything you choose to share in our sessions is strictly confidential and private. This is a safe space where you can “bring” whatever you feel comfortable to discuss.
Get life-changing support from the comfort of your sofa!
Online therapy enables you to share your thoughts and challenges anytime you wish, from the comfort of your own home.
This form of therapy makes the process more convenient and affordable for those who are new to the experience.
Everything you choose to share in our sessions is strictly confidential. This is a safe and private space, where you can “bring” whatever you feel is important for you and we can explore together.
A major component of effective therapy involves the relationship between the therapist and the client.
Online Therapy is an accessible, convenient, and safe way to help you create a therapeutic relationship and work on the issues important for you.
Getting the help you need and deserve has never been as affordable and convenient as now.
You can do it at your own time and at your own pace. You can connect with your therapists as often as you want and whenever you feel it’s needed.
Help is available at your time and your place, with fees custom-made to your financial status.
That being said, online therapy might not be for everyone and that is fine as well.
I approach all of my clients with a sense of curiosity and wonder at the story that will unfold.
I’ve earned a Bachelor in Psychology and two Master’s, one in Integrative Psychotherapy and one in Organisational Psychology.
In the past 10 years I have assisted hundreds of clients, both face-to-face and online, learn to deal with challenging emotions and learn to grow resilience towards difficult experiences.
One of therapy’s main goal is to help you develop a healthy relationship with yourself and the people around you.
My mission is to create a safe, balanced and grounded space, where we can practice and nurture compassion and self-compassion, love and self-care, and where we’ll learn, through somatic and mindful therapeutic modalities, how to restore and inspire a natural communication between the body and the brain.
You will also learn to befriend and make peace with different parts of yourself and with the people around you, through an Integrative and Relational approach.
